🄺 To please other people.

🌓 For a holiday, special occasion.


Goals are helpful when they’re anchored in the right energy.


The right energy is the opposite of a short term ā€˜gotta deprive myself to do this’ goal, which ends up in a huge backlash weight gain after the event is over. I know, you know this well.


The ONLY way to release weight long term is to get to know who you are, love who you are (now, not waiting until you’ve released the weight), understand why you do the things you do and what you could do instead (in a loving and kind way).


Having a strong WHY keeps you on your goal track when it feels like the road has slipped away beneath your feet.
